Hi, my name is Angela

I have been a Thermomix advisor for over 7 years. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, which I am keen to share.  My passion is encouraging people to eat well, by using fresh produce and making fabulous dishes which everyone wants to eat.

I grew up in Brisbane, Australia, and from an early age, I loved watching my Mum in the kitchen. She is a naturally gifted cook and I absorbed everything she taught me. At 17, I decided to pursue my interests further and took on an apprenticeship, qualifying as a pastry chef. I then worked in a top private restaurant and a bespoke wedding cake shop. With a keen interest in all things culinary, I decided to travel the world and ended up settling in London. 

I am married, have two children, and reside in West London.

Family life comes with its challenges, and the pressures of mealtimes can become overwhelming! The perceived quick resolutions on offer lack flavour, quality, and nutrition. I observed that most people only have 10 recipes that they use on rotation, with creativity going out the window.
